Short Description:

The accumulator is an important part of the hydraulic system, which has various functions such as storing energy, stabilizing pressure, compensating for oil leakage, absorbing oil pressure pulsation and alleviating impact.
The system power rating can be significantly reduced, thereby saving energy and operating costs.
It also reduces wear on hydraulic components and breakage of lines, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
Bladder accumulator is composed of shell, capsule, inflation valve, oil valve, oil drain plug, sealing components and other components.
Most of the commonly used accumulators use petroleum-based hydraulic oil as the working medium.
The working temperature is generally between -20℃~+93℃.
If the working medium changes (such as fresh water, sea water, water – glycol, phosphate, etc.), or the working temperature exceeds the above temperature range, the capsule and other parts need to be specially designed and manufactured.
Accumulators generally need to be installed vertically and fixed.
The connection methods are divided into two types: threaded and flanged.
According to the size of the opening on the upper end of the shell, it is divided into A type (1 type: Small bore) and AB type (2 type: Large bore). AB type is convenient for capsule replacement.

Working Principle

ACCUMULATOR is an important component in a hydraulic transmission system.
It has the functions of storing energy, stabilizing pressure and reducing power consumption.
The inner cavity of the accumulator is divided into two parts by the capsule: nitrogen is filled in the capsule, and hydraulic oil is filled outside the capsule.
When the hydraulic pump presses the hydraulic oil into the accumulator, the capsule is deformed under pressure, the gas volume decreases as the pressure increases, and the hydraulic oil is gradually stored.
If the hydraulic system needs to increase the hydraulic oil, the accumulator will discharge the hydraulic oil, so that the energy of the system can be compensated.
