At the same time, the friction and wear conditions of the tooth surface are improved, the noise is reduced, and the maintenance period is long.

When designing the overall structure of the star-shaped elastic coupling, full attention should be paid to the lubrication and dust prevention between the tooth surface and the roller, as well as safety protection.
If the chain is broken, it may cause personal accident.
The radius of curvature of the bulge curve is proportional to the unilateral thinning of the inner teeth, that is, it is related to the meshing clearance of the teeth, which makes the assembly and disassembly of the inner and outer teeth very convenient.
The large concave surface of the claws makes the surface pressure on the involute teeth very small, and even if the teeth are overloaded, the teeth will not be worn or deformed.
