Short Description:

The lubricating system required by the hydraulic cone crusher is very high. The temperature control of the oil must be kept below 45-50 degrees. Long-term operation of the drive motor generates huge energy for the heat loss of the wear surface. At this time, the oil in the lubricating system acts as a carrier. The continuous circulation of the lubricating oil can continuously take away the heat generated by the equipment. When the heat is carried out by the oil, install a corresponding matching air oil cooler on the way back to the tank, so that the heat from the oil can be unloaded perfectly, and the lubrication system can continue to operate to ensure that the crusher works for a long time without consuming equipment. Features

The cooler, through vacuum brazing process, is driving by high-efficiency standard motor and high-strength fan blades to achieve stable cooling effect.
Besides,round shape design house appearance is more suitable for mining condition.
· Temperature controller can be selected.
· A variety of pressure protection forms can be selected.
· The oil inlet and outlet of the cooler are standard G thread, also can be customized or connected with SAE flange as required.

The purpose of the air cooler is that when the hydraulic system is working, almost all the energy consumed due to the volume and mechanical losses of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor,
the pressure loss of the control element and the pipeline and the friction loss of the liquid is converted into heat, resulting in the oil temperature.
Excessive oil viscosity decreases and component leakage increases, resulting in faster wear.
At this time, the air cooler needs to be cooled to reduce the oil temperature to the working temperature to ensure that the system can continue to operate normally, so that the work can be carried out smoothly.
