DXZX Series All-in-one Independent Loop Air Cooler

Short Description:

The DXZX air cooler adopts a self-priming circulating fan, and the cooler has a wide range of applications. The integrated independent circulating cooler can be equipped with different specifications of air coolers, motors, oil pumps and filters according to the equipment parameters. According to the needs of customers, the filter precision of the oil filter can be 25 or 50μm. The heat dissipation effect is fast; the air tightness is good; the earthquake resistance is strong!

Features

The cooler, through vacuum brazing process, is driving by customized motor(pump and motor are all-in-one)
and high-strength fan blades to achieve stable cooling effect.
Independent loop cooling circle can avoid the impact of oil return from the system,which will damages the radiator.
Especically its more suitable for roomlimited occasions.
· Temperature controller can be selected.
· A variety of pressure protection forms can be selected.
· The oil inlet and outlet of the cooler are standard G thread, also can be customized or connected with SAE flange as required.
· This series of products involves the use of cooler fan motor and oil pump motor to control separately, and can form a safe independent circulation cooling circuit.
· It avoids the impact of oil return from the hydraulic system, and can also be connected to a high-performance oil filter and temperature controller to realize temperature control automation.
· The heat sink of the air cooler is made of aluminum alloy material vacuum brazing and advanced processing technology, which ensures the reliability of high pressure resistance and excellent heat dissipation performance of the product.
· The product is designed with the concept of environmental protection, so that the air cooler can achieve effective heat dissipation, stability and low noise and other excellent characteristics.
