Installation and use problems:

A. Because the working principle and structure of air cooling and traditional water cooling are different, domestic manufacturers often connect to the system according to the previous installation method of water cooling, which is not recommended. Most of them adopt the cooling method of independent circulation, which is separated from the system, and there is no oil leakage problem. When the air cooling is connected to the circuit, it is necessary to install the bypass circuit, so as to avoid the failure of the machine to protect the radiator. The pressure of the oil return pulse rises and releases instantaneously, which is the main reason for the burst of the radiator. In addition, the bypass circuit must be returned to the oil tank independently. If it is combined with the oil return pipe of the system, it is also an invalid installation method.

B. Safety factor problem, the actual oil return flow must be determined, which is very important. The actual oil return flow is not equal to the working flow of the pump. For example: the actual oil return flow is 100L/min, then, when selecting the radiator, it should be multiplied by the safety factor 2, that is, 100*2=200L/min. There is no safety factor and no bypass circuit is installed. Once the machine fails, the safety cannot be guaranteed.

C. It is not advisable to install a filter at the oil outlet of the radiator. There are many disadvantages in this way, such as: irregular cleaning or not cleaning in time, the oil return resistance continues to increase, and according to the experience of domestic and foreign customers, it often causes the radiator to burst . The filter should be installed in front of the radiator inlet.

Although there are some troubles in actual operation, it is an effective method to deal with the large temperature difference at the hot end caused by the bias flow of the air cooler.
