Then calculate according to the best expected oil temperature of the system, the equivalent cooling power is:
Example: The optimum desired oil temperature for this system is 55 degrees Celsius, when the ambient temperature is 35 degrees Celsius:
3.58*1.1/(55-35)=0.197（KW/℃）
Estimation of Heating Power by Hydraulic System
Generally, 1/3 of the total power of the system is taken as the cooling power of the cooler.
