►Oil cooler maintenance and inspection instructions
a.Note that the conditions provided by the power supply should be consistent with the use requirements of the oil cooler.
b.The oil cooler is suitable for No. 32 or No. 46 hydraulic oil. For hydraulic oil whose oil number exceeds No. 46, you should pay attention to whether the oil cooler meets the requirements of the oil label. If necessary, please contact the manufacturer to confirm.
c.Regularly check the oil level in the oil tank. The oil cooler must not operate without oil or less oil. If the oil circuit is found to be unsmooth or the oil pump does not operate, the reason must be checked and the fault can be eliminated before operation.
d.Check the filter screen of the oil filter regularly and clean it if necessary.
e.The air inlet/outlet of the oil cooler must not be obstructed by obstacles, and the space distance between the air inlet/outlet must meet the usage requirements.
f.Check the surface of the finned condenser filter at least once a week to see if there is dust or oil stains. If necessary, take out the condenser filter and rinse it with clean/warm water. If there are oil stains on the filter, it must be cleaned with detergent. After cleaning, the oil should be wiped off or placed in a cool place to dry, and then put back to the original place. If there is a lot of dust on the surface of the fins of the condenser that affects the air intake, it must be removed with a brush or blown off with compressed air to maintain a good condensation effect. (Note that when cleaning the fins, it must be brushed or blown from top to bottom along the gap of the condenser fins, and the fins must not be deformed).
g.Before reusing the oil cooler for a long time or after using it for a long period of time (about half a year), check whether the fin surface of the condenser is blocked by dust or dirt.
h.Pay attention to the working conditions of the oil pump and motor at all times. When abnormal noise or excessive temperature is found in the operation of the oil pump or motor, stop the work of the oil pump immediately, check the oil circuit system or notify the manufacturer.
i.Regularly check the insulation performance of compressors, fans and oil pumps to ensure reliable use.
j.According to the oil quality in the fuel tank, it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the oil circuit system every 3 to 6 months.
k.The best working temperature range of the oil circulating in the oil cooler is 25-50°C. When the oil temperature is lower than 25°C, the viscosity of the oil increases, and the oil cooler cannot perform its best work efficiency.
l.When the oil temperature exceeds 55-60 degrees during use, check whether the machine starts. Whether there is a fault or the heat dissipation filter is blocked, or the ambient temperature is too high to reduce the heat dissipation and cooling efficiency.
m.The working ambient temperature of the unit is 5-43°C, and the cooling efficiency of the oil cooler decreases when the ambient temperature exceeds 43°C. Please improve the ambient temperature in time.
n.When the surface of the oil cooler is dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with neutral detergent or soap.
o.During daily maintenance and inspection, please be sure to disconnect the power supply.
