Correct Installation and Maintenance of Air Cooler
1. The cooler must be placed in a well-ventilated place, and it is easy to clean the dirt on the air inlet side. There must be a space above the radius of the fan blades at the front and rear to facilitate air circulation and heat exchange.
2. For correct installation, it is recommended to use a hose, correctly install a bypass unloading circuit, or use an independent circulation cooling method.
3. To clean the air side, you can use compressed air or hot water to clean it along the direction of the aluminum sheet. During cleaning, please pay attention to cut off the power and protect the fan coil to prevent water from entering.
In order to protect the cooler from rupture, when the cooler is installed in the oil return circuit, a bypass unloading circuit must be installed in parallel with the cooler, and it is confirmed that when the pressure relief encounters a convex wave, the unloading can be opened first.
Daily Maintenance of Air Cooler
1. Regularly clean the dust accumulated on the outer fins to maintain a good heat dissipation effect. If the accumulated dust is not removed, the thermal conductivity will decrease, and the oil temperature will often not drop. You can brush it with a soft brush and then rinse it with high-pressure water.
2. The equipment used in the field should be equipped with a waterproof shield to prevent rainwater from entering the fan and causing a short circuit.
3. Since the radiator, the main part of the air cooler, is made of aluminum alloy composite material, the oil channel and the air channel are usually brazed by thin plates less than 1mm, which are not resistant to impact, so avoid hard objects during transportation and use.
