1. The cooler is a low-pressure component, and it is strictly forbidden to connect the system pressure pipeline. The best way to use the cooler is to use a small pump to pump the hot oil in the oil tank to supply the cooler, making it an independent circulation loop. When the cooler is used in the oil return circuit of the quantitative pump system, a 0.5MPA bypass pressure relief valve should be installed in the oil inlet pipe because the pulse pressure will be generated when the system operates. The diameter of the oil return line of the cooler must be greater than 1.5 times the area of the oil return line.
2. Avoid installing the cooler in places with large vibrations, and reduce the chance of increasing the balance of the fan blades after the cooler generates vibration. The installation position should be fixed firmly and will not shake or hang in the air to prevent falling.
3. Vertical installation, installed in a firm and non-loose fixing position, so as to avoid product damage and safety accidents caused by loosening and falling off. Back-mounted installation, this installation does not need feet, use the mounting holes on the back of the heat sink to hang on the side of the cantilever that is stable with the wall and equipment. (A suction distance of 30-50mm needs to be reserved on the back).
4. Do not install the cooler in an environment where the air flow is opposite to the wind direction. The cooler cannot be installed in a space environment with sea air and sea fog. (If this is the case, you need to explain to the merchant to choose the cooler used in the corresponding environment).

When the temperature is low and the cooler is not used, if the medium is water, the water must be drained to avoid freezing and damage the cooling plate.
