Heat Exchanger Installation
1. The installation position of the cooler should avoid vibration and impact, the air intake and exhaust channels should be smooth, and the installation should be firm.
2. The circuit connection must be completed by a professional electrician.
3. The surface of the cooler may have high temperature, so it must be adequately protected or placed in an inaccessible place.
4. When connecting the inlet and outlet connectors of the cooler, the outer six (four) corners of the oil port must be fixed with a wrench (see the figure below), and then tighten the connector, otherwise the cooler will be damaged or deformed, resulting in leakage.
5. The inlet and outlet of the oil port of the cooler can be interchanged, but necessary measures must be taken to ensure that the pressure of the radiator core cannot exceed 0.8Mpa.
5-1 When the cooler is used in the quantitative pump circuit, because the pulse pressure will be generated when the system operates, a 0.5Mpa bypass check valve must be installed in the oil inlet pipe.
5-2 When the oil outlet pipe of the cooler bypass valve returns directly to the oil return pipe, the diameter of the oil return pipe must be greater than 1.5 times the path area of the oil inlet pipe. (It is recommended that the oil outlet pipe of the bypass valve is independently returned to the oil tank or independently circulated for cooling)
Please use high-pressure air to remove dust once a week.
