N=Built-in pressure bypass valve
W=External pressure bypass valve
M=No bypass valve
N type: built-in bypass valve, when the internal pressure of the heat sink is too high, the built-in pressure valve opens; the pressure can be released from the channel inside the heat sink, and when the pressure bypass valve is needed, there is no need to connect an external oil return line; it is convenient and practical.
W type: external pressure bypass valve, compared with the N type, the advantage is that the heat sink of the same specification has no internal leakage channel, and the number of heat conduction fins is correspondingly increased; thereby increasing the heat dissipation area of the fins. At the same time, the pressure relief effect of the external pressure bypass valve is better than that of the internal leakage form.
Note: When using an external bypass valve, it is necessary to connect an additional pipeline to the oil tank.
M type: no bypass valve, the heat sink of the same specification has no internal leakage channel, and the number of heat conduction fins is correspondingly increased; thereby increasing the heat dissipation area of the fins. There is no external valve and there is no need to connect an additional pipeline to the oil tank, but it is necessary to make sure that the medium entering the cooler is low pressure and has no pulse pressure! Especially suitable for independent circulation.
